The article provides a comparative analysis of various views of supporters of integrative legal understanding and their opponents on the relationship between the concepts of "source" and "form of law". The features of the regulatory properties of national and international principles of law are considered. The authors support the point of view of proponents of integrative legal understanding, who argue that the content of law is not only the norms of law, but also national and international principles of law, since, according to the authors, this expands the understanding of the content of law. The conclusion of the study is that some acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation can also constitute the content of law, since these acts in certain cases are endowed with the property of normativity and are forms of law.
