About some aspects of implementation of justice by courts of Tajikistan on the affairs connected with protection of human right on life and health

Purpose: The research of legal bases of activity of courts directed to protection of the right for life and health of the person. Methodology: The legallistic, logical method, a method of studying of standard and legal base were used. Results: In this article the activity of the courts sent for consideration and permission of the affairs connected with human rights on life and health by a research of their organizational and legal aspect, including an order of their formation, competence is studied. It is revealed that they occupy the first link (lower) in system of courts of law, carry out justice on the first instance. Jurisdiction of the affairs given to category to district and city courts is defined, are considered by them in essence a large number of the affairs connected with life and health of the person. They act as one of the main links of judicial system, providing protection and restoration of the highest blessing. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific value as is one of the first attempts to consider the legal aspects of the organization and activity of district and city courts directed to protection of the right for life and health of the person.
