On some aspects of improving the procedure for ensuring access to justice at the stage of initiation of a criminal case

Some topical issues that arise when ensuring access to justice at the stage of a pre-investigation check are considered in the article. A reasonable conclusion is made about the need to improve the procedure for ensuring access to justice at the stage of initiating a criminal case by complete denial of prolongation of pre-investigation checks beyond 30 days. A proposal is made to make a decision on initiating a criminal case after 30 days and conduct further investigation at the stage of a preliminary investigation.
