On some factors for criminalization of violation of labor safety rules at conducting works

The article analyzes the factors for criminalization of violation of labor safety rules at conducting works (Articles 143, 216 and 217 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The nature and degree of public danger of crimes related to violation of health and safety regulations at conducting works is analyzed as a basis for their criminalization. In the context of the low level of public danger of this group of crimes (crimes of little gravity and crimes of average gravity) which is reflected in the sanctions of criminal law, the author pays attention to the conditions that have served their criminalization, and analyses each condition.
