On Some Ideological Problems of Russian Criminal Proceedings

The article examines the criminal procedure ideology of the Russian Federation as an integral part of the criminal procedure policy of the Russian state. Here, the state-legal ideology is viewed through the principles of criminal proceedings and the practice of their application as a motivational basis for the criminal procedure activities of judicial and investigative bodies.
