About some criminological features of mercenary and transnationalization in structure of illegal armed groups

Purpose: Detection of criminological features of a mercenary and transnationalization in structure of illegal armed groups. Methodology: Set of general scientific and private methods of scientific knowledge were used: dialektiko-materialistic, comparative and legal and formal legal, analysis and synthesis. Results: In article the conclusion is drawn that one of features of activity of illegal armed groups is that they act under the leadership of the foreign citizens who had special training abroad or with their active participation and also are financed from foreign sources. The organization and participation in illegal armed group causes cumulative-criminological properties of criminal activity of these formations. It is noted that the Russian Federation needs to sign and ratify the International convention of the UN about fight against recruitment, use, financing and training of mercenaries of 1989 which is not ratified so far. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses a certain scientific novelty as is one of the first attempts of detection of criminological features of a mercenary and transnationalization in structure of illegal armed groups.
