Research relevance. Notarial legislation, designed to ensure the reliability and stability of property civil law relations, is characterized by dynamic progressive development aimed at strengthening the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of participants in civil circulation. Research materials and methods: innovations are considered that provide for the duty of a notary on the day of certification of a real estate transaction to transfer information about the subject and content of the transaction to the registry for registration of rights to real estate. The mode of electronic interaction between notary offices and registry offices will thereby eliminate the need for the participants in the transaction to apply to the multifunctional center themselves, which, of course, increases the comfort and attractiveness of this notary service. Research objectives: to determine the prospects for information interaction between the notaries and local governments on the inheritance of escheated property in the Kyrgyz Republic. Research results: Kyrgyz Republic Ministry of Justice together with the Notary Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic, will determine a list of such non-standard situations that exclude the possibility of electronic transfer of information to the register for registration of rights in the USRN on the day of certification of transaction in accordance with Article 49 of the Kyrgyz Republic Law No. 338. Conclusion: additions will be necessary as an optimal solution in considering the legal problem of the norms for inclusion in the list of escheated property in the Kyrgyz Republic.
