Some innovations in the institution of inheritance in the Russian Federation

In modern society, issues of hereditary legal relations are gaining immense popularity. The reason for this popularity is that as a result of the development of market relations and the consolidation of the right of private ownership of property to citizens, the range of objects that can be transferred through hereditary succession has expanded significantly. That is why the rules governing hereditary legal relations are now acquiring special importance. The purpose of the study is to consider legal problems and improve the norms of inheritance law in the Russian Federation. The scientific novelty lies in the substantiation of measures to improve the norms of inheritance law in the Russian Federation. As a result of the study, the main problems and difficulties in concluding a joint will, inheritance contract are traced, as well as the positions of the authors regarding these problems and possible directions for their solution are presented.
