About some features of the object of unlawful influence on the result of an official sports competition

The domestic criminal legislation contains a number of specific norms on crimes in the sphere of economic activity, which cause fierce dispute in the scientific community. One of these norms is article 184, which provide for the punishment for unlawful influence on the result of an official sports competition or spectacular commercial competition. The article is devoted to the analysis of the object of this crime. On the basis of the analysis of doctrinal sources and normative legal acts the author's vision of the considered element of corpus delicti is offered.
