On several parameters of higher education from global competitiveness point of view

The article provides intercountry comparison of Russia’s position in global competitiveness ranking considering its component like higher education development index. The paper describes the dynamics of factors that influence the competitiveness of higher education in Russia, including quality of mathematics education, quality of schools of management and internet access availability to schools. The survey allows for making conclusions on the Russian higher education development prospects within the global context.
