The article is devoted to the study of the legal and organizational aspects of preventing cyber extremism as one of the primary threats to the digitalization of modern society. The author analyzes the existing regulatory legal acts regulating the fight against cyber extremism, and also suggests measures to improve legislation and organizational mechanisms to counter this antisocial phenomenon.
