On some problems of state financial control

In conditions of growing economic sanctions limit Russia's access to Western markets, investment and technology, political and military pressure from NATO and the countries of the Anglo-Saxon world, the need to increase budget spending on defense modernization and development of processing industries on the basis of new technologies a major issue to overcome crisis and the resumption of economic growth becomes finding the necessary financial resources, reducing unproductive expenditures, including theft, loss and misuse of budget funds. This situation requires an increase in efficiency of public administration, including the strengthening of public financial control and its effectiveness. In its work, the author examines the current financial control system, forms and methods of its holding, showing its shortcomings, including the absence of the requirement of continuous documentary nature of inspections; selective checks creates conditions for corruption and inefficiency of the control and surveillance activities in the country, blurs the responsibility for checking the completeness of verification and accuracy of its results...
