Some issues of vocational training of lawyers and occupational guidance at the graduate school

This paper presents some aspects of the contemporary graduate vocational training for lawyers; problems of guidance at the graduate schools of law and the Russian framework of vocational training for lawyers. The human factor at this time, in our opinion, serves for the reason of altering or re-shaping the education paradigm by replacing a cognitive, subject-arranged one with the paradigm implying development of a value-recognizing person; with the criterion of a quality vocational training being determined by the scope of actual knowledge and skill a graduate operates with.
