About some problems of collisional regulation of the return of cultural values

The article is devoted to the problem of conflict regulation of the return of stolen and illegally exported cultural values. Are examines legal regulation, practical implementation of prescribed measures, limitation periods, analyzes the main conflict-of-lawrules. The conclusion is made about the need for the unity of terminology, the lack of legal regulation and protection of the rights of proprietaries of cultural property. Proposals are formulated for the provision of a single unified act.
