About some problems of legal regulation of bankruptcy of citizens

In this article, some problems of the institution of insolvency (bankruptcy) of citizens are considered, attention is focused on the problem of abuse of the right by the debtor. Based on the study of legislation, scientific literature, law enforcement practice, possible directions for solving or minimizing problems and more effective application of bankruptcy procedures of individuals in practice are evaluated.
