About some legal regulation problems of special technical means for registering traffic violations

The introduction of the Federal Law «On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences», June 24, 2007 № 210-FZ made it possible to bring the vehicle owners to administrative responsibility in cases of automatic registration of the offenses by special technical means. A new way to identify the administrative offences has caused a number of legal and organizational problems.
