Tendencies of development of civil law in conditions of development of the digital economy

The article notes the trends affecting the development of civil legislation in the conditions of the digital economy formation, which include economization, socialization and greening of all spheres of public life. It is noted that the Russian policy confirms the commitment of economic reforms to the General global course of sustainable development, taken by the state when joining the decisions of the UN Conference in Rio de Janeiro in 1992. Digitalization of the economy not only does not contradict the strategy of national policy enshrined in various long-term government programs aimed at the transition to an intensive innovative, energy-efficient, environmental and socially oriented vector of economic development, but also is a means of ensuring their efficiency at a higher technological level. It is proved that economization, socialization and greening are represented by global, global trends in the development of civil legislation, which should be taken into account in the process of its improvement.
