On some conditions for successful socialization of the modern individual

The article examines the problem of the personality desocialization. The author studies the reasons and factors exerting the degrading impact on forming and development of the personality. The number of conditions for successful socialization is revealed in the paper based on results of theoretical and empirical researches. The work offers the problem resolution of complete studying of present youth socialization problem, with display of specific conditions of positive implementation. The structural components of socialization process are revealed, the factors creating successful social adaptation are determined. Some aspects of ethnorelativistic influence are researched; the gender stereotypes leading to implementation of idealization and value of a matrimonial are studied; the theory of moral development of Kolberg L. is analysed, the role of biological correlates on antisocial behavior of the personality is determined. The given aspects of the allocated problem, acting as factorial elements, make essential personal and public impact and promote succession of generations.
