On some issues of administrative liability in the sphere of trafficking civilian pneumatic weapon

The article considers administrative and legal issues emerged in the sphere of control for trafficking civilian pneumatic weapon, particularly, lack of administrative and legal means of control for trafficking this type of weapon and also necessity of substantial changes to Articles 20.10 and 20.13 of the Code on Administrative Offences of the RF, i.e. differentiation of elements of these administrative offences on the basis of the object of an administrative offence; changing approaches of the federal executive authorities to accounting of this type of weapon with the help of automated data-search system.
