On some issues on the origin and essence of public power

The article examines the modern scientifi c ideas about public authority based on public law (state law) approach. At the same time, the author considers it appropriate to analyze public the authorities in terms of public legal sciences. According to the article, the exploring of public authority should be connect with the state as a special form of organization of society. The article concludes that public power should be studied taking into account its relationship with the state, considering it as a special form of society organization.
