On some issues of the need to improve the institute of application "funeral success"

Resume: The article examines the institute of «success fee» for a lawyer being introduced in the Russian Federation when providing legal assistance to them, which is paid only if a positive result is achieved. In addition, the article compares the basis for the functioning of this institution with the United States of America, where the «contingency fee» is used.
