About some issues of the organization of cadastral registration of land plots

The article considers the situation that developed during the coronavirus pandemic, when the usual procedure for submitting documents for land registration was temporarily changed. According to the author, the owner of the specified object can initiate cadastral registration (exclusively without simultaneous registration of rights) related to changes in the main characteristics of the immovable property object. The article suggests a specific mechanism of action (algorithm) for the registration of a real estate object.
