On some issues of legal regulation of the price of an apartment building management agreement

The article analyzes the problematic issues of the price of a management agreement for an apartment building, as the most important institution of housing legislation. The questions of the relationship between the concepts «price of a management contract» and «amount of payment for residential premises» are revealed. Using examples of law enforcement practice, the issue of the correct interpretation and correlation of these concepts is resolved. Based on the analysis of judicial acts, issues of indexation of the amount of payment for residential premises are revealed, as well as issues of the legal limits of the validity of decisions of the civil law community on the approval of such payment. Ways to resolve legal conflicts that arise for law enforcement officials and practitioners when applying housing legislation are proposed.
