To the issues about ways to increase innerdepartmental interaction of police units from territorial bodies of MIA of Russia in the aspect of implementation of measures to umpulse persons who have committed administrative offences to go through diagnostics, treatment from drug adiction, medical and (or) social rehabilitation

The article characterizes administrative and legal problems, arising during the process of implementation of measures to impulse persons who have committed administrative drug-related offences in the sphere of legis-lation related to narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, being afflicted persons suffering from drug addiction, or taking narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without medical prescribtion, to go through diagnostics, preventive measures, treatment form drug addiction, medical and (or) social rehabilitation. The author proves that legislative changes, first of all, in departmental normative acts of MIA of Russia, controlling issues of interaction of different police units from territorial bodies of MIA of Russia, are necessary.
