On some issues of the emergence of rights to land plots for the purposes of subsurface use

The article discusses the procedure for granting state-owned land plots for the purposes of subsurface use on the basis of current federal laws, as well as subordinate legal acts. The peculiarities of acquiring the right to state-owned land plots for the purposes of subsurface use are studied in detail, and certain types of subsurface use provided for by law are identified. The cases of subsoil users carrying out their activities on the basis of a lease and on the basis of an easement are analyzed. The author analyzes the types of work in the field of subsoil use, which are carried out without bidding.
