The article concerns legal problems related to entering into force judgments of administrative punishments, subject to immediate execution. The author analyzes legal safeguards for individuals, including the issues related to the presumption of innocence in respect of which proceedings on administrative cases are administered, the application to them of such measures of administrative responsibility as a warning, an administrative arrest and an administrative suspension of activity.
