About some remarks on the changes of the Constitution of the Russian Federation concerning activity of the government of the Russian Federation

within a general characteristic of functioning of state mechanism the analysis of the changes of the Constitution of the Russian Federation concerning questions of formation of the Government of the Russian Federation, its responsibility and powers is carried out. The comparative analysis of the changes made to the text of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in comparison with earlier established constitutional norms is carried out. Problematic issues are shown and reasonable ways their solutions are proposed. The reasoned conclusion that the constitutional reform which is carried out in 2020 was insufficient regarding increase in a role of parliament in the course of formation of the government and its responsibility is drawn. It is offered to make the subsequent changes in part of an embodiment of the constitutional establishments concerning activity of the government which are characteristic for mixed (semipresidential, semi-parliamentary) of the republics. All these changes have to counterbalance balance of forces between the head of state and parliament regarding formation of the government, in common responsible before them, by them.
