The adoption of the Federal law on youth and youth policy

The article is devoted to the problem of legal regulation of youth policy in the Russian Federation. The author comes to the conclusion that there is a significant problem in the sphere of youth policy implementation, which consists in the absence of a single Federal law that would regulate this direction of state policy. The article provides a number of arguments in favor of the need for the speedy adoption of such a Federal law.
