On necessity of issuance of power of attention on agency contract

The author considers the issues of the requirements for the form of the agency contract, as well as the need to issue a power of attorney to the agent. On the example of judicial practice, the researcher comes to the conclusion that in agency legal relations having the nature of instructions, the presence of a power of attorney in accordance with Art. 975 Civil Code is necessary.
