A new direction for the development of economic science in the modern conditions

The article represents an information message and materials of the Second International Congress of the political economy of CIS and Baltic countries "Return of Political Economy” (to the 400th anniversary of the name''s return), which was held on May 13-14, 2015 in Moscow. It also reviews the participants'' performances of the scientific seminar held in the framework of Congress on May 7, 2015 in the Republic of Buryatia on the basis of the East Siberia State University of Technology and Management. Our journal was included in the list of media sponsors of the Congress, which assumes the publication of the review and the main documents of the Congress and several reports on the sponsor''s choice.
