On a new approach to managerial decisions classification

The article deals managerial decisions classification, based on the attitude of a decision-maker (DM) to goal achievement and (or) decision of the task; to the group (staff) and (or) social-psychological climate in the team. There are identified and described the following five types of managerial decisions: the command-administrative or authoritarian; the consensus deci- sion or compromise decision; decision by “Unsolved” or ignoring the decision (problem); withdrawal or avoidance of decision. In the article the proposed methodologies are allowed to determine any given individual preferences of a decision-maker, or strengths and weakness of the staff, which are corresponding to a type of taken managerial decision.
