About new approaches in civil law to a ratio of the concepts "business-activity" (business) and economic activity

Purpose: To investigate new approaches in civil law to a ratio of the concepts «business-activity» (business) and economic activity Methodology: Were used dialectic and formal-legal methods. Results: The position according to which there are bases not only for ascertaining of relevance of a research of a question of a ratio of category «business» and «economic activity», but also for their fixing the civil legislation that is caused, including need of performance of acts of the President of Russia is reasoned. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific value. It is proved that in the Message of the Russian President of 2016 where the term «business» is used more than thirteen times, in decrees of 2017 - business is obviously not a synonym of economic activity, but it is characterized as special category, the structure of the Russian economy providing structural changes.
