About new tasks of legal regulation of public administration transport and logical sphere

The article provides an analytical review of the current state and transformation of the legal regulation of the state administration of the transport and logistics sector as of July 2022, formulates new strategic tasks for the legal regulation of the organization of logistics in the Russian Federation, taking into account the existing geopolitical agenda. In the context of the gap in existing logistics routes for the transportation of goods to address the issue of uninterrupted supply of goods and technologies, the conclusion of new cooperation agreements that allow expanding the transport capabilities of participants in the logistics market, defining a new concept for ensuring transport sovereignty, as well as creating new transport corridors and expanding existing ones, is a priority for the industry. Results of the study: Analysis of the realized risks in the logistics industry, factors and new trends in the development of the freight transportation sector made it possible to update the strategy of public administration and formulate new ways of forming the transport and logistics sovereignty of Russia.
