The article analyses critical arguments given in literature against the stated construction and shows its full incapacity. The article considers other names of the construction of person and social centrism and shows their theoretical limitation and weakness. As the basis for distinguishing the types of state-legal systems, stands their relation to a person: in one instance, a person is regarded as the most important social and legal value, which is worthy of high-priority protection (person-centrism); in another instance, a person is regarded as a means of solving the problems of the social level (socio-centrism), which are esteemed here as supreme values (for example, religion, race, class or other social groups, ideology, etc.), which are worthy of high-priority protection.
