The first regional laws on stimula­tion of investment activity in the Russian Federation

The necessity of analysis of saved up for 20 years'' experience of creation of legislative base on support of investment activity at a regional level in Russia is marked in the article. The analysis of the basic publications on the subject is made and their incom­pleteness on covering of laws available in the first post-Soviet years on support of investors in subjects of the Russian Federa­tion is noted on specific examples.
