About training and retraining of the competent agencies personnel of the states of the Central Asian region in the frame of anti-drug programmes implementation

One of the trends in the implementation of the anti-drug programmes on training and retraining the personnel of anti-drug units of the law enforcement agencies in the states of the Central Asian Region is considered in the article; special attention is given to the role of educational institutions of the FDCS of Russia; specific features of training and retraining of qualified personnel for partners' agencies are presented.
