About the preparation of the sports reserve

Modern top-level sports, in the context of increasing global competition in the international sports arena, imposes new, higher requirements on the quality of training of the sports reserve for the national teams of the Russian Federation. The article is devoted to the issues of sports training, which is able to ensure a high result, consisting of a directly organized training process, as well as various out-of-training factors, including ensuring that athletes receive an appropriate level of education.
