On the positive experience of the department of the organization of operational search activities of the academy of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in establishing creative cooperation with operational headquarters and educational institutions, as an important component of the operational search policy of the Russian Federation

The relevance of considering this topic is associated with the consideration of the conceptual approach to using the positive experience of the Department of the Organization of Operational Search Activities of the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in establishing creative cooperation with operational departments and educational institutions from the position of considering the importance of this area in the context of intensive development of the operational search policy of the Russian Federation. The article identifies problematic issues of the area under consideration, makes appropriate proposals. Based on the existing positive experience, the author of the article identified the relationship between the opinions, views and requirements of our time to solve the problems of operational departments of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Using the methods of analysis, generalization, comparison, description, abstraction, the conclusions are argued that the dissemination and implementation of good practices of the Department of the Organization of Operational Search Activities of the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in establishing creative cooperation with operational departments and educational institutions is an important component of the operational-search policy of the Russian Federation.
