On the Concept of «Effectiveness Of A Legal Norm» through the Prism of «Lean-Methodology» a Theoretical Aspect

In this work, an attempt is made to analyze the category of «effectiveness of a legal norm» through the lens of Lean methodology. The object of the study is the concept of the effectiveness of a legal norm. The subject of the study is the approach to defining the concept of «effectiveness of a legal norm» through lean production. The research methods used are general scientific (historical, systemic, and functional), specific scientific (formal-legal and casual), and interdisciplinary (cultural and sociological) methods. The study examines the current approaches to defining the concept of «legal norm effectiveness» in legal science: the effectiveness of law as the ability to achieve its goals; the effectiveness of law in terms of the ability of legal entities to comply with rules and standards; and the economic assessment of the effectiveness of law. The paper provides a brief analysis of lean production and presents the author’s approach to defining the effectiveness of a legal norm.
