On the definition of legal construction

The article is devoted to the scientific and practical question of the role of legal construction in law-making. At present, it is possible to identify the problem of different understandings of legal construction, so that the use of this category is for the most part only a formality. This article is an attempt to overcome this problem. To this end, the subject-methodological basis of legal constructions is being studied. The concept of legal construction is formulated, and its content is disclosed. Consideration is being given to the need to consider legal construction as an ideal model that reflects the structure of social relations and specifies the tendency of their reflection in the normative material. It is noted that legal constructions can be a tool that will better systematize the legislation and make it comprehensive.
