The definition of «international terrorism» in domestic legal science

The article is devoted the analysis of definitions of the term «International Terrorism», in modern domestic legal science. Now the problem of struggle against the international terrorism is extremely actual. However the legal science hasn't developed the uniform definition of this object. The analysis of the most significant approaches to definition offered by the Russian researchers is given in this article.
