To the concept of injured party in criminal court proceedings

In the article the problems of the correlation between such key categories in juridical science theory, legislation and enforcement practice as an injured party, an aggrieved party, a victim, an applicant and the influence of their accurate understanding on ensuring protection of human rights and freedoms are analysed.
