To the question of Russian defense industry efficiency rise in 2010-2020

The article is devoted to Russian defense industry efficiency, measured with the help of the set of assessment criteria. The author concludes that its efficiency increases, and determines the features of growth and the limits of development of the industry in 2010-2020. The expertise identifies the most effective methods that resulted in its sustainable development. The author assumes that further technical improvement will lead to a warfare revolution in terms of its order and methods in the future.
