On the practice of antimonopoly regulation through the example of a subject of the Russian Federation

The topic of this study deals with one of the most pressing and complex issues today — the practice of antimonopoly regulation. The decisions of the collegial bodies of the FAS Russia contribute to the formation of legal certainty in matters of antimonopoly regulation. On the one hand, they allow the antimonopoly authorities themselves to exercise their powers in a uniform manner, based on consolidated approaches to the application of antimonopoly legislation, as well as increasing the efficiency of the antimonopoly authorities, allowing them to find quick and effective solutions to disputes that arise in practice. On the other hand, the approaches set out in the decisions of the collegiate bodies allow business entities and authorities to properly evaluate and plan their actions in order to eliminate the facts of violation of the antimonopoly law, often caused by misinterpretation of the provisions of the antimonopoly law. Antimonopoly regulation, representing a complex of legislative, economic, administrative measures, plays an important role in the development of competition. The task of further study of these problems is set throuhg the example of the subject of the Russian Federation.
