Concerning the practice of application of hermeneutic cultural identity concept

The article introduces and defines the concept of "personal hermeneutic culture". The author discusses the following questions: by what methods and means the personal hermeneutic culture is developing in order to achieve mutual understanding between people? What conditions favour or hinder this process? The author also analyses the process of creative thinking of a person associated with his or her practical activities.
