About legal regulation professional training of staff of penitentiary institutions of Russia

The article proposes a classification of the main legal and regulatory sources, the use of which allows, in the author's opinion, to successfully solve the problem of legal regulation of staff training in relation to their actions in a difficult operational environment. The author's recommendations contribute to the development of an up-to-date innovative concept of vocational education for the staff of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation, which ensures high efficiency of personnel training for actions in emergency situations (CHO) and emergency situations.
