On the representative approach to understanding the unified system of public power and its implementation in Russian legislation

The article analyzes doctrinal sources, provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal legislation regulating the conceptual foundations of the system of public power in Russia. The mechanism of the exercise of public power is considered, the constitutional and legal nature is rethought and a critical analysis of existing modern approaches to the concept of a unified system of public power is carried out.The relevance is shown and the idea of a representative approach to understanding the unity of public power in the Russian Federation is being developed.
