About the presumption of proper notification of participants of civil process

Purpose: To Study the procedures for notifying the participants of civil process and related problems, to develop proposals for improving the relevant legislation. Methodology: Formally-legal method was used. Results: The paper seeks to discuss issues relating to the problems of notifying the participants of civil process. We investigate the procedure of due notice, applicable to natural and legal persons. a study of methods used in law enforcement practice to achieve a proper notice. Specifically addresses the presumption of due notice. Based on the analysis of the different methods used to achieve proper notice are proposals to introduce at the legislative level, the presumption of due notice to individuals. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a scientific value and novelty, because it offers new ways of addressing the problem of adequate notice to participants of civil process.
