About the acceptability of property as a pledge

The article examines key problems of property evaluation for the means of credit obligations provision. The analysis of the requirements for evaluation for the purposes of pledge is given in the article. Regulations of property rights as well as foreclosure of the mortgaged property out of court are investigated. Some issues on the land mortgage are discussed. The conclusion about the acceptability of the evaluated property as a pledge is proven.
