On application of universally acknowledged principles and norms of international law by the Constitutional Court of Russian Federation

The article studies the cases of application of universally acknowledged principles and norms of international law by the Constitutional Court of Russian Federation as a special body for constitutional control that executes judiciary separately and independently by means of the constitutional jurisdiction.
